Klevu is hiring a New Business Development Manager in London, UK

As a New Business hunter you will have a key role in growing our business in the UK&I. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to, prospecting, qualifying and closing new business with high profile customers in the UK&I. Operating from our office in London and reporting to the Head of UK, you will work closely with our sales and services team and prospects to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences.


  • Work with the SDR team to grow your territory with clearly defined campaigns to generate new business interest in Klevu
  • Prospect and qualify sales opportunities for Klevu with online retailers via phone, email, and online meetings
  • Harness your creativity to find new ways to find leads, along with innovative content to attract the right Klevu customer
  • You will also have access to nurture and close inbound and channel opportunities
  • Work on detailed market analysis and provide market feedback to the sales management and tech team on daily basis
  • Provide timely reports on problems/opportunities and provide regular forecasting on new business opportunities to Klevu management.
  • Prepare and give end-user demos and presentations along with proposals and marketing material for specific offerings with other Klevu team members.
  • Choreograph and conduct assessments of customer requirements and needs.
  • Participate in marketing activities together with Klevu’s in-house marketing team
  • Develop a deep level of understanding with top ecommerce platform vendors, software integrators, online agencies, consulting firms and other eCommerce applications in order to establish a business generation ecosystem.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 to 5 years in technology sales
  • Experience and proven success in sales
  • Experience in tech sales to retail industry is a PLUS
  • Highly motivated and ambitious to learn and grow with the team
  • Proficiency with the Internet, G Suite, Hubspot (or other CRM application)
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with understanding of Ecommerce business
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Native or full proficiency in English, other languages a plus
