Klevu is using proprietary technology to reinvent onsite search from the ground up. We are looking for highly energetic individuals with strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our growing sales organisation.

Klevu is hiring a Product Specialist for the AUNZ Market, based in Sydney

As a Product Specialist you will have a key role in growing our business in AUNZ. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying, building and strengthening our pipeline with high profile customers in the AUNZ market. Operating from our office in Sydney you will work closely with our technical team, partners, customers and prospects to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences. As well as with Klevu’s Senior Management team to provide market feedback and develop local strategies.


  • Prospect and qualify sales opportunities for Klevu with online retailers via phone, email and online meetings
  • Harness your creativity to find new ways to find leads, along with innovative content to attract the right Klevu customer
  • Work on detailed market analysis and provide market feedback to the sales and tech team on a daily basis
  • Participate in marketing activities together with Klevu’s in-house marketing team
  • Develop a deep level of understanding with top ecommerce platform vendors, software integrators, online agencies, consulting firms and other e-commerce applications in order to establish a business generation ecosystem.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 to 3 years in technology sales, preferably SaaS sales
  • Experience and proven success in sales
  • Experience in eCommerce is a MAJOR PLUS
  • Highly motivated and ambitious to learn and grow with the team
  • Proficiency with the Internet, G Suite, Hubspot (or other CRM application)
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with understanding of Ecommerce business
