Channel Account Manager – Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management – Engage current & future partners at various functional levels to educate, build, close, manage, and grow our partnership ecosystem with key team members
  • Accurately produce and manage a robust pipeline of incoming partners, including the use of our CRM tool to provide reports, updates and show progress
  • Develop lead opportunities with current and new agencies and technology company partners by engaging in channel expansion activities – account mapping, co-marketing campaigns, co-selling, events, content promotion, etc.
  • Identify and source new partnership opportunities by researching ecosystem, identifying key players, and creating interest
  • Expand existing partnerships with our current agency and technology partners through regular cadence calls, office visits, and channel expansion activities
  • Assist Partnership Manager in day-to-day duties and responsibilities and help align our internal goals with partner relationships
  • Become an expert on the Klevu technology, product, and value proposition, as well as our ecommerce ecosystem
  • Work closely with Klevu sales and marketing teams to influence deals, generate lead interest, and successfully meet the goals of the organization as a whole
  • Educate and train partners on Klevu’s technology and the value proposition we bring to their business and their clients
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Travel throughout North America to develop and grow partnership network through events, partner visits, etc. (up-to 20%)
  • Establish and maintain great rapport with partners and deliver an excellent experience – you will be representing our brand and be our partner’s liaison within our organization
  • Work effectively in a heavily cross functional, fast-paced environment


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • You have experience working for and/or partnering with eCommerce digital agencies, technology companies (preferably SaaS), or other Digital related consulting firms.
  • Have 1-3 years in ecommerce channel, sales, or account management experience
  • Skilled at influencing and relationship building
  • Are positive, thoughtful, engaging and energetic
  • Highly motivated and ambitious to learn and grow with the team
  • Are excited to join the team and have an impact on a rapidly-growing startup with a game-changing technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with the Internet, G Suite, Hubspot (or other CRM application)
  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of a new technology and to be able to present to our partners

  • Ability to balance competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with understanding of Ecommerce business
  • Experience in Ecommerce is a MAJOR plus
