  1. Be a team player, support the Head of Marketing and the team with the roll out of key initiatives and campaigns
  2. Have a love for all things data – leveraging content-led campaigns through data, to help us build an industry leading brand through our story-telling, content creation and amplify this across all our channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities

We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager to support across the marketing team with content creation and campaign execution through our digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for:

  • Content Creation Support: Support the roll out of the content strategy in region, working with the Snr Marketing Manager to focus on both written, graphical and video content for campaigns, blogs, website, case studies, product marketing and other sales collateral.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver integrated and measurable execution for our campaigns using the marketing automation platform HubSpot. Provide regular reporting and constant campaign optimisation is expected
  • Social Media Content Support: Support in creating engaging content to promote the Klevu brand, increase engagement/leads via LinkedIn and help to fuel the social selling strategy within the sales teams
  • Events Support: Support in creating high-level messaging, vendor/speaker liaison, logistics, coordination, invitations, social posts, industry messaging, hands on support, and client follow up.
  • Partner Marketing Support: Working alongside the marketing team and partner team, provide support for key partner marketing initiatives, such as; copywriting, email campaigns, events, direct mailers and social media

Required:

  • 3-4+ years in marketing; and recent experience in B2B SaaS space
  • Experience / or an interest in working in retail SaaS technology
  • Solid experience in content creation – ideally copywriting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across teams simultaneously
  • Problem solving and data driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Proven success supporting sales organisations with well-structured content-led marketing programs and pipeline-building activities that complement revenue goals and initiatives
  • Solid experience with inbound and outbound strategies execution
  • Thorough understanding of and experience utilising Hubspot and marketing automation programs to execute, track and manage marketing campaigns and other technology to support the requirements of the demand generation plan
Added plus if:
  • Experience in marketing or selling to e-commerce retailers and an understanding of the e-commerce landscape
  • Video editing and HTML experience
