Solutions Engineer/Onboarding Specialist

Experience: 2 to 4 years

As the Solutions Engineer / Onboarding Specialist you will be a key member of the Sales family at Klevu. Partnering with our Senior Product Specialists, Solution Architects and Support Team members to deliver our solution to clients. You will be responsible for guiding our future customers through sign-up, installation, configuration and trial period. Throughout each phase, you will be an ambassador of Klevu and recommended best practices to support each client’s business challenges and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a spirit of collaboration between the Senior Product Specialist, Solution Architect and Support team by providing guidance on integration strategies to solve business-specific use cases
  • Act as an evangelist for our customers within Klevu: communicate and strategize cross-functionally in an attempt to drive success and attain revenue goals
  • Actively manage and work alongside prospective customers during proof of concepts and trials
  • Manage medium to large size e-commerce retailers across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers across business and technology
  • Liaise with merchants and their technical developers to collect information of their e-commerce environment setup
  • Work with external developer agencies through email, screen share, chat and support to solve their technical implementation problems

Must haves:

  • Proven track record in the development and delivery of differentiated custom solutions and presentations, including technical concepts, to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs
  • Understanding of the e-commerce domain and various platforms including Shopify, Magento and other PhP/Java based platforms
  • Experience leading e-commerce projects from discovery to delivery, and writing technical specifications
  • Ability to orchestrate a sales cycle which requires involvement of multiple internal and external resources
Nice to have:
  • Solution specialist certification in one of the platforms
  • Experience of using Google Analytics
  • Experience of working with Solr, Elasticsearch or similar search technology
