We are looking for passionate technical support engineers.


  • Handling technical support: Level 1 & 2
  • Managing the technical support portal
  • Participating in product learning & trainings
  • Contributing in product improvements & bug fixes


  • 2+ years of experience working as technical support engineer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Databases
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science/software engineering
  • Passionate about exploring new technologies & platforms
  • Open to work in shifts
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with any of the programming language: PHP, Java, .NET
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms: Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce.
  • Hands on experience with Linux OS
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom etc
