Mark has a plethora of experience within the digital sector, working both agency and client side. He is responsible for analysing the whole user journey at Bathroom Takeaway. Including website optimisation on their multi-store platform, to ease UX and drive sales. His passion for UX/UI and its impact on CRO/CX extends to regular meet-ups, organised by Mark and like-minded specialists in the field.
