With an online presence and physical clinics in both London and New York, Philip Kingsley aims to deliver the best possible experience and results to customers. With this in mind, the team needed to improve online experience to enhance customer experience and increase conversions.
Revamping the site

After the initial scope of work was completed and 2buy1click had worked through the backlog of functionality for the marketing team, they were able to look at the online experience for the customer as a whole. Over the last 18-months 2buy1click has been working with the internal creative team at Philip Kingsley on an essential redesign project, revamping the look and feel of every page on site to appeal to their visually oriented consumers.

The quiz allows customers to find the right products based on their specific requirements and hair type. The quiz, with an incredible 98% completion rate and a conversion rate of 5% is allowing Philip Kingsley to sell products that customers may not have previously found or knew they needed, whilst gathering valuable zero-party data to enrich their CRM.
