Feature release: Rating counts and reviews

by Klevu on

A new feature release from Klevu now allows retailers to boost best-rated products using the voice of the shopper.

According to Amazon, conversion rate goes up by 12% when a product rating exceeds 3 review stars. Now, you definitely want those products with higher ratings to appear higher up in your product listings, right?

Klevu now allows you to optimize how you display the number of stars, and the count of reviews on your website.

The coolest part? You can even choose whether or not you want rating and rating count to help train the algorithm, bringing the voice of the customer to your product ordering automatically.

Configuring reviews within the Klevu Merchant Center (KMC) means you have control over the strategy of how your product tiles look in quick search, product recommendations, and on product listing pages.

How to configure your reviews and ratings in Klevu:

  • Connect your reviews to your Klevu store using either the Yotpo or Trustpilot apps, or with a feed.
  • Login to your Klevu admin panel and navigate to ‘Store Info’
  • Click on ‘Ratings’
  • Choose where you would like to show ratings and rating counts.
  • Choose whether or not you’d like to include this data in your Klevu AI. Easy peasy.
