Business Development - Product Specialist at Klevu

Klevu is using proprietary technology to reinvent onsite search from the ground up. We are looking for highly energetic individuals with strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our growing sales organization.

Klevu is an intelligent site search solution designed to help online merchants to increase onsite sales and improve the customer's online shopping experience. Klevu powers the search and navigation experience of many online stores, retailers and sites by leveraging advanced semantic search, natural language processing, merchandising and multi-lingual capabilities, ensuring visitors to your site, find exactly what they are looking for regardless of the device or query complexity. Klevu supports its retailers from its offices in Helsinki, London, and Atlanta.

Klevu is hiring a Product Specialist for the North American Market in Atlanta, Ga.

As a Product Specialist you will have a key role in growing our business in North America. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying, widening the NA partner network, and building and strengthening our pipeline with high profile customers in the North American market. Operating from our office in Atlanta, Ga you will work closely with our technical team, partners, customers, and prospects to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences. You will be working close to the Senior Management team to provide market feedback and develop local strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Qualify sales opportunities for Klevu with online retailers via phone, email, and online meetings
  • Harness your creativity to find new ways to find leads, along with innovative content to attract the right Klevu customer
  • Work on detailed market analysis and provide market feedback to the sales and tech team on daily basis
  • Participate in marketing activities together with Klevu’s in-house marketing team
  • Develop a deep level of understanding with top ecommerce platform vendors, software integrators, online agencies, consulting firms and other eCommerce applications in order to establish a business generation ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 3 years in technology sales
  • Experience and proven success in sales
  • Experience in eCommerce is a PLUS
  • Highly motivated and ambitious to learn and grow with the team
  • Proficiency with the Internet, G Suite, Hubspot (or other CRM application)
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with understanding of Ecommerce business
  • Native English
