Tell us about the project you’ve been working on for Everest?
Everest reached out to us to boost its eCommerce marketplace capabilities. We partnered with Everest to create unparalleled experiences for the all-outdoor community. Our synergy has led to promising advancements, epitomized by the recent gold release.
We understood their challenges, bottlenecks and goals. We did a complete revamp and upgrade of their marketplace to use Hyva as frontend. We removed all the unnecessary and legacy code to keep only what is imperative for the platform.
What are you most excited about for the future of e-commerce?
These are exciting times not just for eCommerce but as an entire industry. With the world just exploring the capabilities of AI, we are very very excited for what’s in store for eCommerce and places where we can make improvements.
We strongly believe the industry is going through a metamorphosis, and generative AI is as big innovation as the internet itself. Personalisation, Human-like (or even better than human) customer support, voice commerce, live commerce, Augmented Reality, Gamification, everything is so exciting and powerful. The paradigm shift that eCommerce is going to see in the next 5 years is going to be unlike anything we’ve seen until now.
