What sets you apart from other digital agencies? 

We are committed to creating beautiful experiences which engage our clients and their customers to boost sales. As a young, passionate team of eCommerce enthusiasts, we share a vision for incredible customer experience and telling engaging brand stories through technology.

What advice to you have for retailers looking to migrate to Shopify?

Many major retailers and brands are using Shopify for their online stores. Over the last 16 years, Shopify has drastically changed its platform and continues evolving with current trends. Shopify has thrived on meeting the dynamically changing eCommerce landscape. 

With its user-friendly approach, Shopify allows merchants to take full control of their stores and customisations. When migrating to Shopify, find a partner who understands the platform inside out and who understands the brand to ensure your Shopify site tells your brand story.

What is your biggest accomplishment so far?

We continue to grow as a crew; we have recently joined forces with Space 48 and Bring Digital under the Dark Matter Commerce collective. Despite a super exciting time for the business and forming part of a larger group, we have maintained our business mission and company culture.

Why do you think product discovery is important to your client base?

We always complete a product discovery to ensure that we understand all the full requirements of each function, task or project for a client. This lets us offer technical and creative directions immediately, fully scope out each task and avoid any hidden costs or unexpected frustrations.

Why did you decide to partner with Klevu?
