What sets you apart from other digital agencies?

Why is product discovery important to your client base?
Many of our clients have large product catalogs with complex product variants. They require a robust solution to ease the friction that can accompany product discovery, and Klevu’s search and filtering is a crucial part of that customer experience.
What are some of the most overlooked elements of a website that you find to be of importance?
There are myriad subtle ways in which a shopper interacts with an ecommerce site. Two main pieces of this customer journey that are often overlooked are the navigation and the hierarchy, both of which should be tailored specifically to the product catalog and cater to shopper behaviors.
Similarly, the checkout should be customized according to the merchant’s needs, while keeping the customer journey in mind, in order to keep the process seamless and convert as many shoppers as possible.
What are some of the ways that you are helping your clients to personalize their websites?
Our process is client-focused, beginning with a questionnaire asking about not only the client’s goals, but more importantly, their existing and ideal customer profiles. Using that data to inform design and strategy, we mock up the initial site and work with the client to make sure their needs and their user’s needs are met. We also build sites using tools such as Page Builder Widgets, enabling clients to make changes to their store without a developer—including updates to images, text, and more. In doing so, we allow our clients to manage day-to-day tasks on their site without needing to adjust code.
